For resellers

Reseller account or child panel: what do you need?

A reseller account lets you buy services for resale. A child panel adds a customer-facing storefront under your brand. Choose based on the API connection, checkout and storefront you need—not just the monthly fee.

Question Reseller API account Child-panel subscription
Where do customers order? Your existing website or manual workflow. A separate branded storefront.
Who builds the storefront? You maintain your own integration. The platform provides the features listed in the plan.
How are services paid for? You fund supplier orders. Supplier orders still need funding; the subscription is separate.
Are payments approved automatically? No. Your merchant account needs approval. No. Parent-panel approval does not automatically cover child businesses.
Can you use a custom domain? Depends on your own website. Only when the plan allows it and DNS/SSL setup is verified.

Budget beyond the subscription

For illustration, a ₹999 monthly fee needs ten orders contributing ₹100 each just to cover that fee. That is not total business break-even: add the other costs above. Earnings are not guaranteed.

  • Monthly platform fee and separate domain or infrastructure costs.
  • Supplier balance for orders and unexpected fulfillment delays.
  • Payment processing, currency conversion, refunds and chargebacks.
  • Customer support, reconciliation, taxes and your operating time.

Check what a plan actually includes

Compare domain allowance, templates, catalogue rules, optional modules and whether you may connect your own supplier. A configurable feature still needs setup; it is not a completed integration.

Check renewal, suspension, cancellation and data-retention terms. PanelDesk subscription infrastructure uses account-balance billing, not a PayU recurring card mandate.

Draft plans are not available for purchase. When signup opens, the published offer defines the subscription terms.

Launch in a controlled sequence

  1. 1 Review a published plan and its recurring cost before subscribing.
  2. 2 Set brand, support and policies. Verify domain ownership and SSL before routing customer traffic.
  3. 3 Qualify the services you intend to resell and record their conditions.
  4. 4 Obtain approval for your own payment arrangements and actual business model.
  5. 5 Test order status, duplicate protection, balance reconciliation and support before inviting customers.
