What you are ordering
We provide a catalogue of social-media services fulfilled through third-party supplier APIs. Read the selected service's description, quantity limits, target requirements, price unit and refill or cancellation conditions before ordering. Supplier estimates and claims are not independent guarantees of quality, retention or delivery time. We are not affiliated with the social networks shown in the catalogue.
Purchased engagement may violate a social network's rules. It does not guarantee authentic audience interest, monetization eligibility, search rankings, sales or account safety. Do not use services to mislead others, manipulate reviews or advertising clicks, impersonate a person, violate platform rules or break applicable law.
Your account and target
Provide accurate account information, protect your login and report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Order only for a target you own or are authorized to manage. We do not require your social-account password. Do not submit passwords, private access tokens or unnecessary personal information in order fields or support messages. You must have legal capacity and any required authority to place the order.
Prices, payment and service balance
The accounting base is USD. A selected display currency is a conversion for convenience; it does not mean that every gateway accepts that currency. Review the amount and currency on the final payment screen. PayU wallet deposits currently accept INR100 to INR10,000, with the gateway fee absorbed by us. Your bank or payment provider may separately charge conversion or other fees.
Account balances are used to buy services through this website; they are not bank deposits or an investment. Do not assume unused balances are automatically withdrawable. Contact support about an unused balance or payment error before adding more funds. Any applicable tax or invoice question should be clarified with support before purchase; this notice does not promise tax exemption.
Delivery and order tracking
Check your target and quantity before submitting. Delivery is digital; no physical item is shipped. Follow the order status in your account. Supplier status and public platform counters may update at different times. If an order is delayed or incorrect, contact support with the order ID instead of placing a duplicate order on the same target.
Cancellation, refill and refunds
These depend on the service and its actual fulfilment. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing begins. Refill applies only when the listing offers it and its conditions are satisfied. A failed, canceled or partial order may qualify for a verified adjustment to your service balance. This is not the same as a refund to your bank or payment method. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the request process. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy, support and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, payment-reference and order data are used, and our Cookie Policy describes browser storage. For a complaint, email contact@smmpaneldesk.com with the relevant order or transaction ID, the issue and your requested resolution. Keep a copy of the message. Do not include card security codes, passwords or OTPs.
Grievance Team
Email contact@smmpaneldesk.com with the subject "Grievance". We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and resolve them within one month of receipt. We will communicate the outcome and reasons by email. These timelines do not restrict any shorter deadline or remedy required by applicable law.
Rewards and reseller subscription billing are not promised merely by holding an account. Where offered, their specific conditions must be shown before participation. Changes to these pages will carry an updated date; an update does not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase.
