Getting started
What is an SMM panel, and how does ordering work?
An SMM panel is a storefront for browsing social-media services, submitting orders and following their status. Some panels fulfill services themselves; others pass orders to external suppliers. A storefront or working API alone does not establish service quality.
Five steps from a listing to an order record
- 1 Choose a service from the published catalogue. Match its platform, service type and target requirements to what you need.
- 2 Read the quantity limits, rate basis and conditions. Check the relevant platform rules and your authority to use the target.
- 3 Sign in. If funding is available, review the checkout currency, charge and balance credit before using an enabled payment method.
- 4 Enter the target and quantity, then review the calculated order charge. Submit once and keep the order reference.
- 5 Follow the status in order history. For a problem, open a ticket with the order ID and a clear description instead of placing the same order again.
What happens behind the order screen?
In a supplier-connected panel, the application validates an order, records its charge and forwards the required fields to the supplier. It then retrieves status updates. Your panel order ID and the supplier reference may be different.
A timeout does not prove that an order was rejected. Repeating a purchase before the first attempt is reconciled can create a duplicate. Keep the original reference and ask support to check it.
Common order statuses
| Status | Meaning | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Pending / queued | Recorded or waiting for a next step. | Wait for an update; do not assume delivery has started. |
| Processing / in progress | The fulfillment source reports work underway. | Track the same order reference. |
| Completed | The source reports fulfillment complete. | Check the target and conditions; a status is not independent proof of quality. |
| Partial | Only part of the requested quantity was reported fulfilled. | Check remaining quantity and any recorded balance adjustment. |
| Cancelled / failed | The order did not complete as requested. | Check order and wallet history before reordering. |
Know the limits before funding an account
Purchased engagement is not the same as an interested audience, sales or organic reach. Social platforms can remove inauthentic activity or restrict accounts. A seller cannot override those rules.
Do not share your social-account password. Provide only fields necessary for an authorized order, and avoid treating promises of monetization, permanent results or revenue as proven facts.
Read the current terms, support route and service-specific conditions. Payment-account activation, API access and a catalogue listing are not independent supplier reliability certifications.
